The Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition (QCEC) 2025, themed "Our Commonwealth Journey," concluded with record participation (over 53,000 entries) and celebrated its winners in London in late 2025, with Kaira Puri (India) and Vivaan Agarwal (India) taking top senior and junior honors, respectively. The competition, run by the Royal Commonwealth Society, encourages young writers to explore themes of journey, connection, and diversity across the Commonwealth
Not to be left behind, like every year, students from KENNEDY also won accolades in this competition. Aankhi Pal and Tanvi Gupta of Grade 8 and Saasha B of Grade 7, Cambridge won silver awards while Dhanvi T, Krishik K of Grade 10 and Sharanya L of Grade 7, Cambridge won bronze awards.
