Advitha Kemsaran of grade 6 won a gold medal in 100m freestyle and three silver medals in 60m freestyle, 50m backstroke and in 60 m breaststroke. This event was organised by Hyderabad district swimming association held at ZION sports swimming academy, Bowrampet, on 18 May 2025.

She also won one silver medal in 60m Freestyle and one more in 50m backstroke as well as a bronze medal in 60m breaststroke, in the Fit formula swimming championship held on 8 June, 2025 held at Gachibowli stadium, Hyderabad.

Additionally, she won two gold medals in 50m backstroke and 50m Freestyle and one silver medal in 50m breast stroke in The Hyderabad public school swimming cup-2025 held at The Hyderabad Public School on 14 &15 June, 2025
