KENNEDY HIGH Celebrates Teachers' Day

On 5 September 2024, KENNEDY HIGH the global school, marked Teachers’ Day with immense joy and excitement, celebrating the incredible contributions of its educators. The event was graced by President Shri B. Subba Reddy, Managing Director, Commander Shri N. Krupakar Reddy and Academic Director & Principal Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat.
The day commenced with a prayer song, setting a tone of reverence and gratitude. President Sri. B. Subba Reddy extended warm greetings to the teachers, spoke about the inspiring personality of late Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, adding that therefore teaching is a noble profession because teachers impact lives by inspiring dreams, and pushing the limits of human potential.
Managing Director, Commander Sri. N. Krupakar Reddy highlighted the crucial role teachers play in shaping the future of the nation. He encouraged the teachers to continue their exceptional work and elevate KENNEDY HIGH to even greater heights.
In her speech, Ms. Rajyalaxmi Bhat, Academic Director & Principal, said that teachers play an invaluable role in shaping the future of the nation as they lay the foundation upon which future doctors, engineers, warriors, and leaders are built. Beyond their instructional duties, Ms. Bhat acknowledged the tremendous responsibilities teachers shoulder in nurturing, guiding, and inspiring young minds.
The students from Class X to Class XII, IGCSE, and A Level showcased their talents through a vibrant array of speeches, songs and dances. Each performance was centered around the theme of deep respect and gratitude for their teachers, reflecting the profound impact of their mentors' guidance and support. The performances were met with enthusiastic applause, making the teachers feel truly special and appreciated.
The event concluded with a warm and appreciative vote of thanks delivered by senior teacher Sri J.V. Prasad Reddy. He praised the event’s organization and applauded the students for their brilliant performances. In addition, one of the senior faculty members, Sri. Jagannatha Rao expressed heartfelt gratitude to the school management for organizing a special lunch, further adding to the day’s celebratory atmosphere.
