On 7 December, 2024 all the students of KENNEDY HIGH the global school celebrated its 20th Annual Day. The spectacular evening commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest of the evening, Smt. A.Sridevasena I.A.S, Commissioner, Collegiate & Technical Education, Government of Telangana, along with Shri B. Subba Reddy, the President of Kennedy Global Schools Educational Society; Guest of Honor Shri M. Subba Reddy, Managing Director of Kennedy Residential School Pvt. Ltd; Cdr. N. Krupakar Reddy, Managing Director of KENNEDY HIGH the global school, and Academic Director and Principal of the School, Mrs. Rajyalaxmi Bhat. It was followed by a prayer song by the school choir.
Commander N. Krupakar Reddy, Managing Director, KENNEDY HIGH the global school welcomed and addressed the gathering. He expressed his happiness to be a part of this memorable event. He also praised all the participants commenting that they are the next generation who will build the nation.
The Annual report was read by the Academic Director and Principal Mrs. Rajyalaxmi Bhat. In her Annual Report she detailed the CBSE and Cambridge International Education Board Exam results and congratulated the toppers who received cash award from the school. She also highlighted the celebrations, competitions and activities which took place throughout the academic year. Students who excelled in academics, games & sports at the state and national levels and extracurricular activities were felicitated after the report. The Chief Guest of the evening, Smt. A. Sridevasena I.A.S Commissioner, Collegiate & Technical Education, govt. of Telangana felicitated all the toppers with cash prizes and trophies for their success in academics, extra-curricular activities and in sports and games.
In her speech the Chief Guest of the function Smt A. Sridevasena IAS expressed her happiness to be a part of KENNEDY HIGH the global school 20th annual day function. She appreciated the school management for running the school successfully. She encouraged all the students to study diligently and to bring pride to their school, parents, and to their country. She was captivated by the mesmerizing cultural performances of the children.
The cultural program commenced with a brilliant classical dance performance invoking Lord Ganesha. The selected theme for this year: Abhyutthan – Let us rise and achieve together with “One Heart One People One Hope” was unveiled, which aimed at rising up and achieving together despite many hurdles and challenges in life. Dance performances based on ideas like: Self-reflection, self-confidence, and inner strength, were marvelously portrayed which enthralled the audience present. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion and the synchronized dance movement to foot-tapping music was a delight to watch. The 20th Annual Day was a special surprise for all the parents gathered there as the students of KENNEDY HIGH engaged in their effort to raise awareness about the theme. The outstanding performances of the students were applauded by one and all.
Overall, the Annual Day Celebration was a grand success and all the participants expressed their joy and happiness to be a part of this spectacular event.
