Cambridge teachers attended The Young Pioneers Seminar, organised by Cambridge University Press and Assessment at Radisson Blu Plaza, Hyderabad, on 31 January 2026.

The seminar provided valuable insights into future-ready education and the evolving needs of learners. Educators explored the shift from content-based learning to skill-oriented approaches, highlighting the importance of oracy, self-management, and transferable skills. Discussions covered future readiness, preparation for an AI-driven world, emotional intelligence, and industry hiring trends. The programme emphasised holistic development and the need to nurture critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, enabling students to thrive academically, socially, and mentally in a rapidly changing world.
